Partner with servicing providers on a day-to-day basis to address issues or deliver the changes required to support ongoing business evolution. Oversee Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure adherence by CWS and approximately 20 other vendors to deliver on bank operations. Manage both third party related-entity and non-affiliated servicing partners.Build and/or Refine clear prioritization criteria to manage and sequence forward looking and day to day initiatives. Develop and enhance ongoing operational policies and protocols, as well as nearer term goals and metrics that map to key priorities and support targeted improvement.
